kazu has been coming over to help out as an internationl diplomat. he’s from japan and is going to school at KU.
he hails from tokyo, he likes to drink this “tea” called mugicha. that smells and tastes somewhat like coffee… he brought some over to the shop today!
here’s the instructions for how to brew…

he had KC BBQ for the first time yesterday and declared it wonderful!
